I’m Jen, a wedding and lifestyle photographer capturing the warmth of natural light with a light and airy style. As a photographer, I love being able to freeze just a moment of time and make it last forever by capturing it in beautiful, romantic, and awe-inspiring photographs. Photography truly is a love affair with life and it really shows when every picture has it’s own story to tell.

 

Travel is my other love affair with life. As a Michigan native, it will always feel like home--though we've recently relocated to Manhattan, KS and look forward to the new adventures it brings. I also spend a lot of time in South Florida (near West Palm Beach) and do a lot of photography sessions there as well. Better yet, my love to travel and seek new adventures makes it easy to say yes to sessions anywhere—including destination weddings! I absolutely love and adore anything that sparkles, glitters, or shines—making me feel right at home at wedding venues!

What do I do when I’m not behind the camera? I also work as a Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic Health Systems as an ICU nurse, having previously worked at the Mayo Clinic as well. I enjoy helping those who have been through trauma or had surgery get back on their feet and return to their normal life. Photography is a way for me to take a break from hospital life and spend more time at charming locations capturing the beauty of life. When I’m not working and I don’t have a camera in hand, I truly enjoy snuggling on the couch with my dog, cat, and a good book or working on never-ending projects around the house with my husband.
